Q:  What is the difference between companion and personal care?

A:  Companion care provides assistance with an individual’s daily routines such as meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping and home management, shopping and errand services, and childcare excluding medical attention.  Personal care includes the responsibilities associated with companion care and additional duties such as dressing, eating, ambulation (assistance with physical movement), toileting, and hygiene.

Q:  What tasks are involved with light housekeeping?

A:  Angel Care Network is committed to providing quality home health care services.  Additional duties sometimes require assistance with maintaining an orderly house.  Angel Care Network is not a cleaning service, however we will perform home tasks such as vacuuming, bed preparation, laundry,  dusting, and dish cleaning.

Q:  What types of fees are associated with services provided by Angel Care Network?

A:  Angel Care Network does not charge any hidden fees whatsoever unlike other agencies and  we offer very competitive rates for a quality service.  We provide hourly and 24-hour care.  Depending upon your needs, our associates will help determine the type of plan that is most fitting for you.

Q:  Is there a charge for a first time consultation?

A:  No.  Angel Care Network will happily meet with you and/or your family members to discuss our services at no cost.
